These terms govern the Anvil Passport service, operated by Anvil Defense Systems LLC (“Anvil,” “we”). Purchases of Anvil Propulsion products are governed by the applicable quote, purchase order, or separate terms of sale — not by these terms.
1. The service
Anvil Passport (the “Service”) is a supply-chain compliance record-keeping platform. It lets your organization record parts, materials, suppliers, and traceability data; screen that data against public federal lists; and generate exportable compliance records.
2. Not legal advice, not a certification
The Service provides record-keeping and automated screening against published public sources as of the dated list versions shown. It is not legal advice, not a government certification or authorization, and not a guarantee of regulatory compliance. Screening results marked “needs review” or “possible match” are exactly that — items for your review. You remain responsible for your own compliance determinations and certifications.
3. Your account and data
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the actions taken under your organization’s accounts. Your organization owns the data it enters. We access it only to operate the Service. You may request export or deletion of your organization’s data at any time (audit records are append-only by design and are deleted only with the organization as a whole).
4. Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to access another organization’s data, probe or degrade the Service, or upload unlawful content. Do not enter classified information or data whose disclosure is prohibited (e.g. ITAR-controlled technical data) — the Service is not an accredited enclave for such data.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify features with reasonable notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvil’s aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination we will make your organization’s data available for export for 30 days.
